RACING From Page 14 Points are awarded based on finishes from the eight races throughout the season: Scores from each competitor's six best races are used to deter- mine their final points count. Scott Doubravsky, who owns the Eddieville and Starvation Ridge courses in Goldendale, has been a bigtime supporter of the kids and the Over The Bars Gang. Since opening both tracks in 1998, he's been a big part of the racing community here. He'S constantly at work changing his courses or working with and helping young racers and often supplies bikes for riders to use. "I like to see (riders) do something that they can do all their life and something they have a pas- sion in," Doubravsky said, noting that is isn't un- common for people to continue riding into their 70s.
