top-five finishes in the shot put (36-
11) and discus (118-01) while An-
drews increased his previous best in
the javelin by nearly eight feet (67-7)
and leaped almost a foot further in
the long jump (11-6).
Riley Brown shaved a quarter of
a second off his best 108 time this
season (12.75), Hector Estrada ran
for the first time in the 800 (2:36.52),
Ethan Mains threw the shot put
three feet further than his previous
best (32-2.25), Dawson Naught
launched the discus over eight feet
past his previous best (68-6) and Kyle
Underwood took second in the triple
jump (38-9.75) and has now jumped
further in the event in each meet
this season.
On the girls side, Rosy Molina
PRed in the javelin with her 69-09-foot
throw and Emily Reese leapt to a per-
sonal best of 7-09 in the long jump.

Eagles' freshman Brooklyn Emer-
son ran to top five finishes in the 100
and 108 hurdles and Kinley Troh
also posted some high finishes
among her three events in Glen-
wood's home meet.

jumping to a third place showing in
the long jump (18-06.75) and fresh-
men Joshua Bautista (76-11 in the
javelin) and Chase Green (13.55 in
the 100) each notched record times
in their respective events.
On the girls side for the Vandals,
Bailee and Savannah Green finished
third and fifth place respectively in
the 108 hurdles but switched posi-
tions later on when they competed
in the javelin. Savannah got the edge
with a 100-6 javelin throw for third
place while Bailee finished fifth
with a toss of 89-09 feet. Bailee also
set finished with a season-best dis-
tance in the long jump, leaping 13-06
feet for second place.
Lyle-Wishram
Lyle-Wishram's boys and girls
combined to set personal records in
15 events on Friday, led by two each
from Elijah McCullough, Rudy
Flock and Kristal Schultze.
Flock posted his top marks in
three events actually on Friday in
the shot put, discus and 108, but
went on to best Friday's distance in
the shot put at the Sherman Meet in
Moro. He ran for the first time this
season in the 100, finishing in 12.94
seconds, and later hurled the shot
put 31-06 feet and launched the dis-
cus 120-04 feet.
McCullough was the only one to
best Flock's throw in the discus, fin-
ishing first with a PR throw of 126-
07 while also setting an all-time best
mark in the shot put at 41-09.5 feet.
Alex Cloud set her first personal
best this season in the javelin at 124-
4 feet. The senior finished eighth at
last year's state meet, but her best
throw this year is over 20 feet fur-
ther than she threw at the champi-
onship meet.
For the Cougar boys in the 400,
Randy Hubbard (55.89), Phoenix
Dorsey (57.06), Dylan Schwinof (57.~)
and Reco Quintero (58.03) all finished
with PRs Gerry Kindrick also set a
best time in the 1,600 at 5:48.01.
Along with McCullough and
Flock, freshman Gunner Miller also
threw the discus farther than he
ever had, giving all three Cougars
PRs in the event.

The Cougars were at the Ike ju-
nior varsity meet in Tuesday in
Yakima, but results weren't avail-
able at press time. They are back on
Friday, traveling to Ridgefield to
compete in the Ridgefield-Spudder
Classic which kicks off at 2 p.m.
