What is that noise near Wellenbrock Springs?
Some county politicians don't hear a thing
Selective hearing is the darndest thing
So what is that humming near Wellenbrock Springs?
I need help from the people around
But most of them work for the Timber Compound
The gates are all locked, the land shut down
What s that constant noise with the turbine sound?
The timber companies own the land
But they know .nothing about the noise on hand
I,can't get perm~ssmon to find the source
I m sure they have a reason for the humming of course
'~ I heard today that the county politicians
~, Wrote another noise ordinance to be around
.\\~, Who s going to be the one to enforce it
~.~ In Klickitat County, Washington '
'~lt sure would be good to be home again
f',~ Sleeping in my bed hearing nature s sounds
(..~ Instead of tossing and turning with headaches abound
'-~ So, what is that noise with the turbine sound?
