door riding arena as follows:
October 16th - 20th will be
for current season renter re-
newals. October 23rd - 27th
we will take new season rent-
ers or previous season rent-

November 1st, any remain-
ing slots are available to
rent. Reservations will only
be secured at time of pay-

The City of Goldendale is
soliciting statements of qual-
ifications and performance
information from engineers
and consulting/professional
firms interested in provid-
ing professional services,
pursuant to Chapter 39.80
RCW. The City anticipates
requiring services for the
following types of projects:
1) Base flow pump for Main
Lift Station and outside
funding application prepa-
ration for various agencies,
including but not limited to,
Community Development
Block Grant, ARRA funding,
Transportation Improve-
ment Board, Department of
Transportation, Transporta-
tion Enhancement Program
through the Federal Surface
Transportation Program,
Recreation Conservation Of-
rice, Department of Ecology,
Department of Health, and
Public Works Board.
The following criteria will
be used to evaluate firms:
Amount of specialized ex-
perience in type of work
required (20), availability
and capacity of the firm to
accomplish the work in the
required time frame (20),
qualifications of personnel
that will actually be working
on the project (20), firm's
past experience with feder-
ally funded projects (espe-
cially CDBG and USDA/RD
projects) (20), geographical
proximity of the firm to the
project location (10), and
professional reputation and
references (10).

emphasis and ability to cre-
ate events and activities that
will result in positive user
impacts on lodging, restau-
rants and retail, markets in

tion Stormwater NPDES and
State Waste Discharge Gen-
eral Permit.
The proposed project, HW
Hill Renewable Natural Gas
Project, is located at 502
Roosevelt Grade Road in
Roosevelt in Klickitat county.
This project involves 30.2
acres of soil disturbance for
Commercial construction ac-
tivities.
All discharges and runoff
goes to ground water.
Any persons desiring to pre-
sent their views to the Wash-
ington State Department of
Ecology regarding this Appli-
cation, or interested in Ecol-
ogy's action on this Applica-
tion, may notify Ecology in
